Terms of Service

01The agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Forme ApS (Copenhagen, Denmark) when you use the Forme mobile app or the website at formeapp.io. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Forme.

02Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• You may only have one account, and you may not impersonate another person.

03How to behave

Forme is built on trust between people who commit to each other. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or bully other users.
• Post hate speech, harmful content, or content that sexualises minors.
• Post content that isn't yours, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Spam, scam, or try to manipulate the app (including fake commitments, fake reviews, or automated activity).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Use Forme to break any law.

04Your content

You own the commitments, progress logs, reviews, photos, and comments you create. By posting them to Forme, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and deliver that content to the people you choose to share it with, for as long as it remains on the service.

You're responsible for what you post. We don't pre-moderate content, but we review reported content within 24 hours and will remove anything that breaks these Terms or harms other users. We do not tolerate objectionable content, harassment, or abuse on Forme.

05Pricing & beta

Forme is currently in beta and free to use. There are no paid tiers, in-app purchases, or subscriptions today. We don't show ads. We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, we'll give you advance notice in the app and by email, and we'll give you a way to export your data before any change takes effect.

06Enforcement

If you break these Terms, we may: remove the offending content, limit your access to parts of the app, suspend your account, or, in serious cases, permanently terminate it. Where possible we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond, but we reserve the right to act immediately when safety or legal risk requires it.

07Disclaimers

Forme is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, bug-free, or secure against every threat. Forme is a tool to help you keep commitments, it's not a medical, mental health, or professional coaching service.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forme, its owners, and its employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to €100 or the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under Danish consumer law.

09Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (see the support page). We may terminate accounts that break these Terms or where we are required to by law. When an account is terminated, your personal data is erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of Copenhagen, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you a different right.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If the change is material, we'll notify you in the app and by email before it takes effect. Continued use of Forme after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
